     Each month the Grafton City Hospitality Committee distributes ballots to hospital staff.  Each employee has the ability to nominate a co-worker that they believe should be honored as the employee of the month.  

     The employee displaying the highest level of professionalism, commitment to the hospital, patients and co-workers is then honored as employee of the month, and is considered in December of each year for the Employee of the Year Award.
