Specializing in out-patient physical therapy, the Tygart Valley Rehabilitation Center, conveniently located at Greene's Plaza, offers a modern state of the art facility meeting the needs of our more ambulatory patients.  Patients at Grafton City Hospital, and the Wallace B. Murphy, M.D. Nursing Care Facility have the services of onsite Physical Therapists ready to handle the needs of our in-house patients.
