LOCATION

The Tygary Valley Rehabilitation & Fitness Center is located at Greene's Plaza in Grafton, W.V..

Our trained staff will be glad to assist you in designing a fitness routine tailored for your individual needs.

Taylor County Total Health Center 

Including dumb bells, cable machines, etc

Isokinetic machines for toning and shaping

AEROBICS

The Taylor County Total Health Center has a full line of aerobics. Different classes are offered throughout each day, Monday thru Saturday.

Monday-Friday 6am to 9:00 pm
Saturday 8am to 4:00 pm                                                                                                         Sunday Noon to 4:00 pm

The "Wellness Center's" hours are subject to change.
